75cl / 13.5% - Old vine Garnacha made using the âdoble pastaâ method, in which crushed grapes are fermented over additional grape skins for extra concentration and intensity. The result is a dark and expressive red wine with a palate of plums, damsons and blueberries framed by warm spices and grippy tannins.
