Xicaru Silver Mezcal

Description

75cl / 40.5% - This mezcal takes its name from the Zapotec word for beautiful, which is reflective of Fernando Santibanez’s desire to share his grandmother’s special mezcal recipe. This release was made with Espadin agaves cooked in a stone oven on mesquite and ocote wood. The smokiness derived from this process is joined in the glass by notes of fresh grapefruit, smoked tarragon and dark chocolate.
