70cl / 43% - Rooster Rojo has been making Tequila since 2000 but started its venture into Mezcal in 2022. This artisanal release was made from seven-year-old Espadin agaves from Oaxaca and bottled in dark clay, to avoid sun contact and hint to its delicious rustic style. This is a rich and fruit mezcal with hints of smoked herbs.
