Triticum is a whisky made from 100% malted wheat and matured for five years in ex-Cognac casks. The result is a rustic but well-balanced dram with aromas of rum baba, aniseed and a top note of green tea. On the palate youâll find effervescent notes of lemon meringue pie and grapefruit sherbet leading into leather and mushroom.
