50cl / 43% - This eau-de-vie was produced in the heart of the French Alps with organic rye, grown on the Hautes Glaces farm. There are aromas of petrichor, hazelnut and liquorice on the nose, closely followed by notes of rye bread, roasted agave and gentian on the palate.
