50cl / 51.2% / That Boutique-y Malt Company - A two-year-old Australian spirit from Tria Prima distillery, bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This release was matured in a cask that previously held Australian fortified wine, similar to a tawny Port. There are aromas of sultanas, caramel and dark chocolate on the nose, leading to notes of prune, charcuterie and black pepper on the palate.
