Banhez Cuishe Mezcal

Description

70cl / 47% - Banhez is a cooperative of families, farmers and producers with the raison d’etre of celebrating traditional mezcal production. This release is produced in small quantities and uses Cuishe, a variety of agave noted for its dry, herbal and mineral qualities. It was fermented with wild yeasts for 5-6 days and distilled in copper pot stills. This mezcal has abundant tropical fruit and herbaceous notes.
