Birichino Scylla 2019

75cl / 13% - Birichino winery was established in 2008 in Santa Cruz, California, and sources grapes from 12 vineyards across the region. This expression from 2019 was made with a combination of Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre grape varieties, resulting in a vibrant and spice-accented red wine. The nose is greeted with red and dark berries with floral nuances, followed by fleshy black raspberries, cherries and candied lavender throughout the palate. A great value-for-money red with a lingering lively finish.
