70cl / 45% - A coastal Raicilla made in the Cabo Corrientes region of Mexico. The agave variety used varies from batch to batch, though usually contains at least some Espadin agave. This agave is cooked in a wood fired over to provide a gentle smoky flavour. Alongside the smoke there are notes of sweet fruits and spicy ginger.
