75cl / 17% - Rose vermouth from Bristol-based The Aperitivo Co is an aromatised wine with a delicate and perfumed character. After macerating dried herbs, peels, barks and spices in organic grain spirit, wine and cane sugar are added to create a fragrant pink vermouth with hints of chamomile, wormwood, rose petals and fresh raspberries. Mix into a Vodka Martini or pair with seafood, Brie or salami.
