72cl / 25% - Otogo is a kuma shochu - a Japanese spirit distilled from rice. Combined with koji and ginjo yeast, Otogo is a shochu that has a sake-like quality. Fruity notes of pear, melon and banana combine with more savoury walnut and aniseed. Enjoy it on its own or with water in a classic highball.
