75cl / 13.5% - Beautifully refined Burgundy from Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits. Expect notes of raspberry leaf, damson, sour cherry, and blackberry with finer tannins than your average Pommard and fresh acidity. A lovely wine to drink now but would also offer great returns if cellared for a decade or more.
