70cl / 40% - A sustainably produced gin from the Dominican Republic, Cero2 Pure is made from sugar cane and has notes of juniper and citrus. The whole production process is sustainable, including being transported by sailing ships (no fossil-fuel-burning engines are used) and the bottles being made from 96% recycled glass.
