75cl / 14% - This is one of the most exciting wines we have tried this year, Laurent has 15 hectares of vineyards in the Northern Rhone that he farms organically. His wines have very little sulphur and he has a very hands off approach to winemaking. This White Hermitage is absolutely stunning with aromas of honey, fennel, pineapple and almond. The palate is very concentrated and very textural with a vein of minerality and notes of apricot Tatin, thyme and is umami in a glass. Let this wine breathe or cellar
