70cl / 47.1% - An ashy, aromatic artisanal mezcal from Koch that is made in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca, using exclusively Maguey Arroqueño that is between eight and 15 years old. Aromas of ashy fireplaces, garden herbs, lime zest, tangerine, smoke and ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, quince, grapes, orange and pineapple throughout the palate.
