70cl / 40% - All Calvados in the Domfrontais appellation must be made with a minimum of 30% pears; at Lemorton, that percentage is more like 70%, ensuring an elegant, aromatic fruitiness. This exceptionally old bottling, distilled in 1962, has aromas of spice, honey and chocolate, as well as stewed fruit but still with a bracing freshness.
