50cl / 17.5% - A deep, complex Amontillado aged in a solera system for at least 30 years. The palate shows a great balance of slight sweetness, spice and umami with wildflower honey, praline, clove and sea salt. Excellent aperitif wine and great company for olives and cured meats.
