50cl / 16% - Estate English Red Vermouth is made with Pinot Noir grapes grown at Gusbourne Estate in Kent, and 31 botaniclas including orange, cacao, rosemary and wormwood. A great alternative to a classic Italian rosso, the signature serve is in a Negroni when mixed in equal parts with Dispense Amaro and a gin of your choice. It's also delicious over ice with a slice of orange, too.
