75cl / 12% - Alexandre Lamblot is the next generation of winemakers to watch in Champagne he works sustainably in his vineyards. On the nose this is a very vinous Champagne, almost Burgundian like, with candied lemon, florals and a hint of freshly roasted hazelnuts. The palate is wonderful with a beautiful intensity and lovely sapidity, with notes of crushed camomile, lemon peel and baked orchard fruits.
