During this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of the cheese-making process before getting started on your very own creations that’ll you be able to take home at the end. Hosted by Claire Burt, owner of Burt’s Cheese, you’ll gain in-depth insights into each and every process of cheese-making, including ladling the fresh soft cheese, cutting the curds and stirring the curds and whey vat. You’ll both receive a hardback Burt’s Cheese notebook which you can use to make notes throughout the workshop. As well as making your own fresh soft cheese, you’ll learn more about the Burt’s Cheese brand, and after you’ve sampled some of their award-winning, soft cheeses, you’ll be able to get involved in making a soft blue cheese too.
