70cl / 49.1% - A tequila producer founded on the principles of sustainability, El Bagazo takes its name from the residual fibres of the agave plant that are left over after tequila production, which is made into fuel for the stills. A single batch release, this tequila blanco has vibrant esters shaping into floral notes and cherries, while the full, velvety body draws onto the palate more berries, oceanic minerality and a bright finish.
