Tartan skirt for ladies in Highlander style inspired by the well-known Highlander series Adjustable hooks/eyes in the waistband (like a bra fastener)   The skirt has no elasticated waist and closes with adjustable hooks/eyes (like a bra). In addition, very pretty ribbons made from the same fabric have been attached to the open side, which you can use to close the skirt.
