70cl / 38% - This spiced rum from Isle of Man producer, Outlier, was infused with black cardamom, allspice, grains of paradise, vanilla, pink peppercorns, Alexander seeds and local Manx honey. Inspired by Swedish pastries, this is a wonderful match with cola or grapefruit soda. The name comes from the fact that one co-founder Rick, 'twisted the arm' of the other, Ian, to produce a spiced rum.
