The Knipex End Nippers are made from high-grade special tool steel, which provides reliability and durability. They are forged and then oil-hardened for added strength. The cutting edges are hardened to approximately 61 HRC, making them suitable for cutting annealed tie wire used on reinforced rods or braided reinforced concrete mesh.
