70cl / 55.6% / Elixir Distillers - A independent bottling from the good people at Elixir Distillers, the Single Malts of Scotland line is focused on finding exceptional casks and presenting them uninterfered with, for limited runs of great single malts. This is a heavily peated Ledaig from Tobermory that was aged for 19 years in a refill sherry butt. Showing the increased depth extended maturation grants, this expression is deep and complex, with smoke, sea air, stone fruit, vanilla, earthy notes, bitter citrus and spices.
