70cl / 41.3% - Barsol Pisco Selecto Torontel is an artisanal pisco made from 100% distilled Torontel grapes from the Ica region of Peru. Barsol was only established in 2002, being the reuse of a distillery (Bodega San Isidro) dating from the 1800s, which had closed in 1968 when the military government took the owner's land and gave it to the workers.
