MDF (Medium Density Fibre) boards are a widely used sheet material within the building and joinery industry. They are free from defects, making them easily cut and shaped with both hand and machine tools. This provides a surface that can be easily painted or otherwise decorated. The boards can be easily screwed and glued, and their lack of knots and grain ensures that they can be cut in all directions while maintaining their original strength. They also sand and finish well, and can be glued, screwed, painted, and veneered to suit many end users. This MDF board is 12mm thick and measures 8ft x 4ft in size. It is manufactured by Medite.
