70cl / 58.5% / Distillery Bottling - The fourth Sinteis release explores the interplay between maturation in carefully selected Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks, before finishing in rare Mongolian virgin oak. A slow-growing species noted for its intensity of flavour, this expression is a near-unique opportunity to discover its impact. The nose opens with butterscotch, warm pastries, brandied fruit and cocoa, joined on the rich palate by hazelnuts, warm spices, gentle citrus, vanilla and honey.
