The Fleetwood Bloxx It Oil Primer is a versatile solution for preparing surfaces before painting. It effectively eradicates water-based and stubborn stains, while preventing bleeding through the paintwork. This primer sticks to a variety of surfaces, including PVC, ceramic, and varnish, without the need for sanding. It also seals porous surfaces, making it suitable for use on masonry and bare plaster. The primer is touch dry in 40 minutes, with a recoat time of 2 hours, and hard dry in 4 days.
