70cl / 50% / Hunter Laing - A 15-year-old Tamnavulin single cask release from the independent bottler’s Hunter Laing, as part of their Old Malt Cask line. Matured in a refill hogshead, for a more delicate interaction with the wood that allows the character of the spirit to come through. Berry jam, cocoa and toffee on the nose, with rhubarb crumble, baking spices and citrus following on the palate, before a long, sweet finish.
