Whether you are sealing a roof joint, bonding materials on a construction site, or carrying out a marine repair, this single 290ml cartridge handles the task without the need for multiple products. TRIBRID® Technology for exceptional strength and flexibility: CT1 uses its own TRIBRID® polymer technology, making it 360% stronger than a traditional hybrid polymer sealant and delivering 250% more elongation. Once cured, it remains flexible across a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, resisting UV radiation, vibration, saltwater, chemicals, and fungal and bacterial growth. Tensile strength is rated at 270 N/cm². Works on wet and damp surfaces: Unlike most sealants and adhesives, CT1 can be applied in wet conditions, on damp surfaces, and even bonds underwater. Skin time is approximately 25 minutes, with full cure achieved between 12 and 72 hours depending on joint thickness, temperature, and humidity. It bonds to virtually any substrate without the need for extra fixings, with the exception of polyethylene, polypropylene, and PTFE surfaces. Safe for indoor use and food preparation environments: CT1 is 100% VOC-free, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and completely odourless. It holds EC1 Plus Certification with an A+ Indoor Air Comfort GOLD® rating, NAAF approval from the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association, and ISEGA certification confirming compliance with food preparation standards.
