70cl / 41% / Gordon & Macphail - An incredible 64-year-old Glenlivet single malt, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2018 for its Private Collection. This whisky has been aged for over six decades in a single refill sherry cask after being distilled in 1954. The nose is sweet and spicy, with aromas of brown sugar, toffee apples, cinnamon and aniseed. Sharp citrus and vanilla aromas develop slowly and culminate in thick, rich fruit jam. The palate is incredibly smooth, notes of golden syrup and stewed fruits instantly appear, swift
