70cl / 43% - From the Orkney distillery J Gow comes this small batch 8 Year Old pot still rum, aged in ex-bourbon and Madeira casks. Rich and deep, reflecting the effects of the barrels it was aged in and Orkney’s cool damp climate. Toffee, ripe plum and vanilla on the nose, with cherry and stewed fruit on the palate, before dark chocolate and spice on a long warming finish.
