70cl / 40% - Ceylon Arrack is a spirit distilled from the sap of coconut tree flowers, before being aged in Sri Lankan oak barrels. Sweet and floral notes are balanced by herbal spices. Arrack is one of the oldest distilled spirits in the world, with reports of it going all the way back to the travels of Marco Polo.
