Verdor Cocuy Reposado

70cl / 40% - Cocuy is Venezuela's answer to Tequila, a spirit made with green agave (Agave Cocui Trelease), a rare variety found only in the country’s semi-arid regions. Each litre of spirit uses 37 pounds of agave, grown at least eight years before harvesting. The reposado is aged for between 5 and 8 months in Canadian oak barrels, resulting in an elegant spirit with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and vanilla with a butteriness and hints of smoke on the finish.
