75cl / 61% / Holmes Cay - Made exclusively from molasses, this medium ester rum was open-air-fermented and distilled using a pot still, which generated a bold tropical character . It was matured in Jamaica in an ex-bourbon cask before being bottled in New York by Holmes Cay. Aromas of white pepper, papaya and lychee fill the nose, followed by notes of leather, clove and cinnamon on the palate.
