50cl / 40% - Hwasim makes non-traditional soju, inspired by Scottish distilling traditions, and this Roasted Rice soju adds smokiness to the recipe by heavily roasting the rice before fermentation. Along with using distillers yeast rather than traditional Korean nuruk, this gives the soju are subtly smoky and woody character, with hints of clove.
