37.5cl / 22% - A half bottle of Jinmaek's modern-strength soju, made from wheat to an old-fashioned recipe in the south of Korea. Wheat was one of the original ingredients used to make soju hundreds of years ago, but fell out of fashion. Jinmaek is bringing it back, creating this lighter bottling with a strength suited to modern drinking tradition, but still with the classic spicy and citrusy flavour.
