70cl / 50.7% / Distillery Bottling - One of a pair of limited releases from the Finnish distillery Kyrö tying in with Game of Thrones. Whisky of Blood is made entirely from malted rye and was matured in a mixture of ex-bourbon casks and French oak casks. A bright nose with touches of apple, tonka bean, chestnut and beeswax leads to a fruity palate with classic rye spice, toasty notes and crème brûlée before a finish with lingering spices.
