70cl / 56.3% - A limited release from Signal Hill, this overproof version of the Canadian distillery’s whisky is a blend of corn and barley whiskies, aged in virgin white oak casks, first-fill bourbon casks and Canadian whisky casks and then bottled at 56.3%. The two types of whisky and three types of cask combine to bring out toffee, sweet cereal, dried fruit and vanilla, all wrapped up with bold overproof intensity.
