75cl / 14% - This is made with 100% Merlot grapes and is aged in amphorae which are ceramic vessels that allow gradual amounts of air into the wine over an extended period There is an incredible vivacity to these wines with aromas of cedar wood, red hedgerow fruits, plums and a hint of coconut. This will work very well with lighter meat dishes.
