This Arc All Weather Sealant is a versatile solution for various applications. It can be used for roofing, sealing and weatherproofing around gutters, flashing, downpipes, corrugated roofing, galvanised steel, lead, and bitumen. It's also suitable for perimeter pointing, sealing and weatherproofing around window and door frames. Additionally, it can be applied over other sealants, old putties, and mastics for remedial sealing. The sealant adheres to wet surfaces and can be applied in all weather conditions. It has high mould resistance, high elasticity, and can be painted over with most paints. It's compatible with copper, lead, and bitumen. The sealant comes in a 300ml size and is available in a brown color.
