70cl / 47.5% - A 10 Year Old English whisky, aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Light and fresh, with green apple, blossom, melon and vanilla on the nose. A vibrant palate adds citrus oils, fresh thyme, white pepper and gentle oak notes and a buttery mouthfeel. Finishes fresh, with light savoury notes and lingering green fruit.
