50cl / 40% - A Croatian plum wine, rajika, that is made from sweet and juicy Bristrica plums. Initially aged in new oak barrels, this fruity brandy was finished in traditional Slavonian oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, creating notes of vanilla. Serve straight up from the freezer in long shot glasses.
