70cl / 50% - Leiperâs Fork is a small-batch distillery from Williamson County Tennessee. It produces a pot-still bourbon, which is bottled-in-bond, meaning the whiskey is produced in one season and is entirely mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on site. It has aromas of praline, milk chocolate and oak spice on the nose, alongside notes of cherry, cinnamon and fresh mint on the palate.
