75cl / 13% - 2023 vintage Syrah from one of the most awarded wineries in South Africa. Sustainably farmed in 6 vineyards in Swartland, the grapes were then pressed in whole bunches to retain as much of the terroir as possible, before being aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. This comes together for a bouquet of violets, blackberries, and black olives on the nose, with complex red fruits, warming spice and a velvety tannic structure on the palate.
