Still family owned and operated, Glenfarclas makes classic Speyside malts, and this offering from them is no different. Matured in ex-sherry casks, so expect aromas of figs and raisins, along with toffee, caramel and a soft note of dried orange peel. This leads to flavours of dates and figs, rich honey, chocolate and the soft spice of cinnamon and nutmeg.
