GameplayMafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor builds on the third-person action-adventure gameplay of the base game. Players once again control Enzo Favara, completing dangerous assignments across Valle Dorata while using firearms, vehicles, and other tools available throughout his criminal career.
Beyond its two narrative chapters, the expansion adds new content to Free Ride mode. Players can team up with Ennio Salieri for exclusive jobs, tackle extreme challenges, search for collectibles, uncover hidden locations, and earn additional weapons, vehicles, Charms, and other rewards.
StoryThe story takes place in Sicily during the winter of 1905. Months after his initiation, Enzo Favara has established himself as a dependable soldier of the Torrisi crime family. Don Torrisi gives Enzo and Cesare a delicate new assignment involving Ennio Salieri, a respected man of honor who has recently been released from prison.
Salieri intends to reclaim what belongs to him and settle old scores. Working at his side draws Enzo further into the dangerous underworld of Valle Dorata, where criminal rivalries, loyalty, and unsettled debts can make every decision important.
GraphicsMan of Honor returns to the historical Sicilian setting of Mafia: The Old Country, presenting the countryside, settlements, roads, vehicles, clothing, and criminal world of early-20th-century Sicily. New environments expand Valle Dorata while maintaining the cinematic presentation and grounded period atmosphere of the base game.
