75cl / 12% - A champagne made predominantly with Pinot Noir from Grand Crus, alongside 3%-5% Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, before ageing for a decade in Champagne Deutz’s cellars. A warm bouquet, reminiscent of stewed exotic fruit, toasted hazelnut, frangipane and liquorice primes you for a broad and noble palate that adds candied fruit and more toasted overtones, before a long, sustained finish. A pleasingly dense and multi-layered experience, unapologetically aimed at connoisseurs.
