This time Styx is no longer simply taking orders. He leads his own crew aboard a zeppelin while hunting Quartz , an extremely valuable and dangerous resource in a world heading towards war between humans, elves and orcs. The story also explores events surrounding the beginning of the Great War and formation of the Black Hand mercenary group. Every mission works like a stealth puzzle. Scout enemy positions, craft weapons and potions, distract guards, exploit vertical routes and decide whether to slip through unnoticed or quietly eliminate anyone standing between Styx and his objective. Familiar Cloning and Invisibility powers return through Amber, while Quartz introduces abilities including Mind Control and Time Shift . Exploration has also been dramatically expanded.
